At Flora Bridge, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality, beautifully crafted handmade jewellery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or request a refund for your order. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:


1.1. We accept returns and offer refunds under the following circumstances:


  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or incomplete.

  • You received the wrong item(s) in your order.

  • The item(s) you received does not match the description on our website.


1.2. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:


  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Custom-made or personalized items, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


Return Process:


2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email ( and provide the following details:


  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photographs showcasing the defect or damage (if applicable)


2.2. Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.


2.3. Please ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return or charge a restocking fee if the item(s) show signs of wear or damage due to misuse.


2.4. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


Refund Process:


3.1. Upon receiving the returned item(s) and confirming their condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.


3.2. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


3.3. If you received a defective or damaged item, we may offer you a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.




4.1. We do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) separately.




5.1. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed. However, once the order has been processed we cannot cancel it.
